NEW HOUSE
Thank goodness that we are all in our new house. The biggest job is over and we have all our power and TV and internet set up now. Mommie and Daddie did a good job over the weekend and have almost unpacked the whole house. They started with the kitchen and had it all unpacked by the end of the day on Sunday and now even have the bathroom and their bedroom all set up. Now it is just my room and Daddie's office space. Mommie's taking the day off today because apparently she is having trouble with her feet swelling really badly right now with all the work that she and Daddie have had to do lately.
Mommie was at the Doctor's this Monday and was asked a very interesting question. The Doc says to Mommie are you sick of being pregnant, like she could be sick of feeling me stretch and push my way around in her belly!!! Anyway, Mommie says maybe a little sometimes and the Doc responds well we can schedule the delivery right now if you like, especially if you need to fit your or your husband's schedule with and induction. Mommie was taken a little back since it was offered as a convenience thing rather then a medically necessary thing. She declined and the family consensus is to let nature take it's course.
Mommie also have her first NST (Non-Stress Test) where they put a fetal monitor onto Mommie's belly and measure my heartbeat. I am suppose to move around and have my heart rate increase from my baseline to over 145-150 twice in ten minutes. Apparently everything went well but it took 45 minutes to have one of these "events" take place. Mommie has to go back every week until I decide it is time to come out and meet the world. We also went to the lab and had and Ultrasound done yesterday. Mommie was upset with the U/S tech because she didn't let her watch and only showed her the monitor a few times. But apparently everything is still on track and my estimated weight was 7lbs 2oz.
Keep tuning in as there are only three weeks left.
