Bassinet

Yes I have been sleeping in the Bassinet again. I think Mommie feels better when I am closer, but this morning she has let me sleep in "the big boy" bed for my morning nap. I think that is because she is not napping with me this morning. See I slept until 6:15 this morning and was up until 7:00 so Mommie decided to get some stuff done around the house, and having me in the nursery is easier then back in their room. Maybe if I sleep well in "the big boy" bed during nap times she will feel better about letting me sleep here at night too.

Oma was suppose to come today but she had to delay her trip because my cousin Carmen passed away over the weekend. Carmen was a very lovely person who sadly I was not able to meet in person. Mommie is feeling sad over her loss and her heart and thoughts are with Wes, James and David. We all know that the memories of Carmen will help those that she has left behind.

Oma will be coming later next week and Mommie, Daddie and I are looking forward to seeing her again. I am sure that I will get spoilt with attention while she is here. I always like an extra pair of arms around because then I get tons and tons of cuddles.

Today Mommie and I will be heading out to the post office and getting a walk in as the weather is suppose to be slowly getting cooler and cooler throughout the week. They are saying that it will be raining here on wednesday and thursday this week which means we will be house bound more then likely. Daddie is off to work and might be home for dinner tonight which will be nice because then I get to play with him during my bathtime. He is really fun to play the changing game with and always makes me smile. I am getting closer and closer to laughing now too and I am sure both Mommie and Daddie will be so proud when I start doing that. Will have to keep them on their toes over the next little while.
