Good Day
It is amazing what can happen when Mommie and I get a good night sleep. Well good night sleep in newborn talk I should say. I went to bed at about 11:30 last night and did not wake up Mommie again until 4:00 in the morning. Can you believe it the first night that I have slept that many hours in a row in a long long time. Actually Daddie came to bed late and woke Mommie before I did. I won't tell you how disgusted Mommie was when Daddie walked into the side of the bed and scared the living daylights out of her as she was in a complete sound sleep.
The only thing that happens when I get that much sleep at night is that the current semblence of a routine that seemed to be emerging has been completely thrown out the window. See Mommie thinks that things are getting into some kind of routine... I heard her talking to Oma about it yesterday on the phone. Well I can't let that happen so I decided it was time to change it up. Besides that Daddie is home for the day today because it is Thanks Giving here so why not change things up a little. It was not just me that was changing things around, Mommie and Daddie put me in the stroller and we were off for a walk about the neighbourhood. I was not happy about it at first but as soon as that stroller started to roll off to dreamland I went. It is so nice to sleep while being pushed around reminds me of that nice warm home I use to live in.
I wish I had a photo to share today but Mommie made the mistake of spilling OJ on the computer desk and the USB cable for the camera was flooded with OJ and doesn't work too well anymore. We all might go out tomorrow and see if we can find another one to replace it. If we do make it out tomorrow it should be really interesting because tomorrow is known as "Black Friday" and is one of the busiest shopping days of the year. All the stores are advertising all their sales and are opening really early in the morning. Well I guess the term early is relative because I am up at 5am most mornings anyway. Anyway the point of my rambling is that it might take until Saturday for us to get the new USB cable. Then I am sure that flash will be flashing like crazy again. Maybe we will even be able to get a larger memory card for the camera so that we might be able to take short video clips for everyone to see. No promises there however because I am a little shy and am not sure I want to become a movie star just yet.
